The registration deadline for an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility is 2 to 3 months BEFORE the planned departure. All documents and arrangements for departure should be submitted and clarified at least three weeks before the mobility.
Fill in the Erasmus+ Grant Agreement and the Mobility Agreement in good time before your departure. Send your completed and hand-signed documents in PDF format to the International Office of the KUG (international_office(at)kug.ac.at). After receiving your documents and after receiving the countersignature of the persons of the host institution, the host institution will send an invitation letter to you or to the International Office at the KUG.
After your stay
Please try to get an official confirmation of participation from the International Relations Department of the host institution. Send it, together with all invoice documents (in original) to the International Office of the KUG (international_office(at)kug.ac.at). In addition, you will receive a link via email to fill in your report on your completed mobility. Please fill in the report in good time after your return
! IMPORTANT: The necessary EU funds cannot be paid to you if you fail to complete your travel report! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the International Office of the KUG!
